DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All national orders placed before 4PM will be shipped the same day using DHL Germany. All international orders will be shipped using DHL. You can find a Tracking number for your package in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
The products can be delivered all over the world.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation as soon as the product(s) are on its way.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You can return the product within 14 days after receiving the product, as long as the product is returned in the same condition as when received. That means unused, except for trying it on and all packaging should be intact.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
Refunds of returned products will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after we have received the product.

The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the German rate of VAT (19%) and all import taxes within the EU.

Contessa Berlin webshop reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will not change, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Europe the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING PACKAGES
All orders will be shipped with DHL Germany. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package on the DHL website (www.DHL.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have inserted as your delivery address. Since DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery. During the registration in our webshop of your Contessa Berlin account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please add that address during the checkout process in the Contessa Berlin webshop. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Contessa Berlin webshop aims to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and customers should expect to receive their goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving an order confirmation.
EU orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day that you have received the shipping confirmation.
Worldwide orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from the day you have received the shipping confirmation.
Contessa Berlin webshop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates of any bank that may have when an exchanging into EUR to any other currency.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the goods on condition of the following:
The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.
The goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.
